Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting
- Solid understanding of software development company functioning
- Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates
- Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process
- Wide network and good understanding of local IT community
- Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, self-motivation ability
- Analytical skills, attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
