Job Description
Descript is seeking a Head of Platform Engineering to lead and scale their Platform organization. This internal team focuses on building and delivering scalable infrastructure, tools, and services for engineers, enabling them to efficiently build products for their users. The company is a fast-growing platform with funding from leading investors, raising $100M in capital.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering management experience, including leading teams.
- Strong technical background with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and AI/ML technologies.
- Strategic thinking and communication skills.
