Job Description
Ethena Labs is building and deploying a suite of digital dollar products, aiming to upgrade money into the internet era. They are looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, and optimization of a scalable, reliable, and secure platform for infrastructure and developer tools, managing a team of DevOps Engineers and improving the platform team.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in platform engineering, including cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and IaC tools.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying gaps, driving improvements, and owning outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, with excellent accountability.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term infrastructure strategies.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
