The role involves working with a high degree of accuracy and detail, while maintaining an understanding of the bigger picture. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial and business analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, combined with a proven ability to develop trust and credibility with others.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading large-scale digital transformation or modernisation programmes
• Analytical skills with ability to assimilate complex information and explain it clearly to others
• Proven ability to develop trust and credibility with others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Understanding of key performance indicators within large, complex, and diverse organisations
• Advanced understanding of best practice business analysis frameworks, processes, artefacts, modelling, and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills
