The Billing Assistant is a 9-month fixed-term role responsible for billing operations for multiple offices in the Europe Region. The role ensures timely billing operations, provides excellent customer service, and adheres to high standards of quality. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and Word.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting systems (3e, Elite, SAP): intermediate
• Advanced written and spoken English
