Office Manager (Part-time, m/f/x) - German Speaking

We are looking for an Office Manager (m/f/x) to join our People & Culture team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience as an Office Manager, Store Manager, Receptionist or a similar administrative or service role in a dynamic and international environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as an Office Manager, Store Manager, Receptionist or a similar administrative or service role in a dynamic and international environment
• Available part-time for 30-35 hours / week
• Solution-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Planned and successfully implemented medium-sized events
• Fluent in written and spoken German & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and consider yourself tech savvy
