Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of remuneration in a large organization
• Knowledge and experience in working with job evaluation methodologies
• Experience in using salary reports and preparing benchmarks
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (min. level C1)
• Ability to combine analytical work with building positive relationships in the team and effective communication
