Requirements

• Manage and support implementation of comprehensive employee rewards solutions
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to employee rewards
• Analyze market data to assess the organization's competitive position
• Develop and conduct communications, presentations and training sessions
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements
• Act as escalation point for complaints to ensure quick, equitable, and respectful resolution
