Requirements
- Manage and support implementation of comprehensive employee rewards solutions
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to employee rewards
- Analyze market data to assess the organization's competitive position
- Develop and conduct communications, presentations and training sessions
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements
- Act as escalation point for complaints to ensure quick, equitable, and respectful resolution
