Quality Inspector

We're looking for a Quality Inspector to support quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Verify that final work products meet written job instructions and production standards
• Examine materials by confirming required manufacturing or industry specifications through visual inspection and measurement
• Reject and return unacceptable materials and complete documentation for rework when required
• Clearly explain quality issues to operators and supervisors when products do not match customer instructions
• Walk the production floor to verify job accuracy across multiple machines
• Cross-train in other departments to broaden skills
• Report quality issues or concerns to senior management promptly
• Ensure all finished items leaving the facility are 100% accurate
• Enter quality and production data into internal systems
• Learn and understand the full production process and the role quality plays within it
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety standards, procedures, and legal requirements
