Support Services Analyst

Provide quality accounting software support to clients using Deltek products. Respond to incoming support requests in a prompt, professional, and helpful manner. Assess the nature of customer concerns and resolve support issues using troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or software support.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, preferably gained through working with accounting applications or within an educational setting.
• Ability to document customer interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
