The Senior Costpoint Materials Support Analyst provides expert front-line and escalated support for Deltek's products to new and existing customers, partners, and internal clients worldwide. The analyst thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong analytical and technical abilities, and contributes to the ongoing development of Deltek's support excellence.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proven experience in problem analysis, troubleshooting, and technical thinking
• Functional expertise in accounting and projects module support for complex issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• US Citizenship is required
