• Healthcare sector expertise (NHS trusts, care homes, healthcare organizations)
• SaaS commercial acumen, subscription models, ARR metrics, and customer success
• Enterprise sales capability with multi-stakeholder deals
• Established network of healthcare decision-makers
• Technical knowledge of healthcare compliance and governance
• Business intelligence and data analytics platform experience
• CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Experience with multiple sales cycles
