Job Description
We are seeking a Product & Engagement Senior Consultant to work on our AI platform used across professional services. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering, owning the product roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder engagement across all service lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software management
- Proven experience with requirements analysis, user story writing, and backlog management
- Hands-on proficiency with backlog and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across seniority levels
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of platform product lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Structured, analytical thinking — ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, prioritized actions
