Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, client engagement, consulting, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent organizational skills — ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions
• Proficiency in documentation and requirements gathering
• Comfortable working with collaboration and project management tools (Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
