Manager, Banking & Investment Solutions

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Banking & Investment Solutions to lead cross-functional teams through large-scale strategy, transformation, or delivery engagements to produce exceptional deliverables and outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry and can define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for financial transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through large-scale strategy, transformation, or delivery engagements
• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for financial transformation initiatives
• Act as the voice of the customer and business to ensure associated business and operational processes are designed and implemented
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital capabilities, including process optimization and implementation of digital solutions
• Sharp client development and relationship management skills
• Strong intellectual horsepower, including critical thinking skills, complex problem solving, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking
