Consultant or Senior Consultant, Banking & Investment Solutions

Deloitte is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants with a passion for the banking and investment solutions industry to deliver engagements in strategic planning, operating model design, and transformation program delivery.

Requirements

• 1- 5 years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry
• Ability to work both independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and as a contributor to cross-functional teams
• Strong intellectual horsepower, including critical thinking skills, complex problem solving, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
