Job Description
DefineX Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – CRM to join their team. The role involves defining and shaping CRM solutions within the telecommunications domain, analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver successful projects. This position is ideal for driven and analytical professionals ready to tackle complex problems and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in requirement gathering, business analysis (functions, processes, user interfaces, etc.), and CRM-related projects
- Experience in one or more CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, or SuiteCRM)
- Strong knowledge of integration methods (e.g., Web Services, APIs)
- Understanding of operating models, governance structures, demand, and project management methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Eligibility to work in Turkey
