Defense Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Development Coordinator to support employee learning and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and completion tracking.
• Schedule and communicate training opportunities to employees.
• Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and program content.
• Support the rollout of new learning initiatives and compliance training.
• Track employee progress and program effectiveness metrics.
• Generate training and development reports for HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits and documentation related to training programs.
