Requirements
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and completion tracking.
- Schedule and communicate training opportunities to employees.
- Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and program content.
- Support the rollout of new learning initiatives and compliance training.
- Track employee progress and program effectiveness metrics.
- Generate training and development reports for HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits and documentation related to training programs.
- Work with HR, operations, and program teams to identify training needs.
- Support leadership in promoting a learning culture and professional development.
