Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance our HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in government contracting or federal compliance preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
