Job Description
Defense Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in government contracting or federal compliance preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
