Senior Partnerships Manager| DACH & CEE

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and manage partnerships with organizations in DACH & CEE regions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in sales-focused partnerships roles, a strong understanding of the partnership landscape, and proficiency in German and Polish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales-focused partnerships role
• Strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services, and venture
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and Polish
• Strong strategic planning skills and ability to translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
• Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment
