Job Description
Decagon is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to help design, build, and scale revenue-focused partnership programs. The ideal candidate brings experience building strong channel partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel partnerships at high-growth SaaS or AI companies
- Experience working across channel partnership types (e.g., SI, VAR, BPO, TSDs)
- Know how to build partner programs from the ground up (i.e., partner workflow/technology and program design)
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills and can represent Decagon in the ecosystem
