The Services Project Manager is responsible for managing external client engagements to implement Dayforce’s global HCM software platform. This role involves collaboration with global teams and clients, managing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in HCM application consulting and/or project management
- Global payroll experience is highly desirable
- Experience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
- Strong experience in business process mapping
- Experience in Change Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with mastery of Microsoft Project and Visio
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based software implementations preferred
- Deep understanding of common software implementation methodologies
- Experience implementing applications such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce HCM (preferred)
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL is an asset
- Excellent customer relationship management and strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive results through multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix structure
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops onsite or remotely
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
