As an HCM Services Consultant, you will help customers succeed with Dayforce in all stages of the implementation lifecycle. You will lead one or more activities, under the direction of the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in human capital management application consulting or 2+ years in a Time & Attendance/Rostering, HR Software role
- Experience with software in a SaaS (Software as a Service) / Cloud computing environment
- Experience with one or more of the following applications: Dayforce (preferred), Workday, SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Sage
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer relationship and business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and guide solution configuration through peer reviews and other QA activities
- Ability to travel Internationally up to 50%, on occasion at short notice.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Previous experience of Implementation, or payroll within Europe – excluding UK
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change management
