Job Description
Technical Support Engineer position at DataDome. Work with clients such as Tripadvisor, Pokemon, and ZocDoc. Develop knowledge and skills in cloud software, cybersecurity, and AI. Participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to protecting against fraudulent online traffic.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in technical support, product support, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting B2B cloud software
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Customer-driven individual with problem-solving skills
