Technical Enablement Manager 3 - Paris

We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to provide advisory services to our largest customers by providing targeted technical training on our comprehensive suite of products and features. The role involves working with sales and customer success teams to understand customer IT Operations environments and providing recommendations to maximize Datadog's value.

Requirements

• Provide technical training on technical support and product adoption for customers
• Work with sales and customer success teams to understand customer IT Operations environments
• Mentor and train users of the Datadog platform
• Collaborate with Datadog's product management, engineering and technical services teams
• Continuously iterate on best practices for technical product adoption and customer success
