Job Description
Darwin AI is seeking a highly motivated AI Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of defense when clients encounter AI-related issues. The role involves resolving technical problems, troubleshooting AI behavior, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The focus is on efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Helpdesk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with AI behavior, JSON structures, and state machines.
- Experience with AI configuration, WhatsApp, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of process automation with Zapier.
- Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple support cases.
- Passion for technology, AI, and continuous learning.
