Job Description
Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to support the People & Culture department, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The role involves delivering full-cycle HR services, advising business leaders, mentoring managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days working in the Abbotsford, BC location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, including handling complex employee relations issues
- In-depth knowledge of HR disciplines such as performance management, workforce planning, compensation, and employee engagement
- Familiarity with Employment Standards Act and Human Rights legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday
