Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll support equipment uptime across our Tallahassee facility by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing failures before they impact production.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with experience in industrial maintenance or heavy manufacturing operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Working knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office and maintenance or test systems
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, including proper PPE use and behavioral-based safety practices
