Job Description
We are seeking a 2nd SHIFT Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team at the Van Wert, Ohio facility. As a Maintenance Repair Technician, you will build, rebuild, troubleshoot, and repair all industrial production machinery according to company standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required
- Completion of a Federal or State Certified Multi-Craft Maintenance or Machine Repair Apprenticeship, or at least three to five (3 - 5) years of verified experience in the trade
- Skilled in electro-hydraulic troubleshooting with the ability to read and interpret ladder logic diagrams
- Familiarity with Total Productive Manufacturing philosophy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Notepad
- Self-motivated and reliable, with strong planning and organizational skills
