As a Customer Care Support, you'll process customer orders, maintain accurate master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in order entry or customer service roles
- Strong SAP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level); another language is a plus
- Ability to work flexibly and support team needs across projects
