Customer Service

We're looking for a Customer Service professional to provide excellent customer support by managing open orders, analyzing delivery dates, and expediting factory shipments to meet service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Proficiency as a user in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward improving customer service processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and navigate complex internal processes
• A customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction
