Executive Assistant

D.A. Davidson & Co. is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join their Equity Capital Markets team in Irvine. The successful candidate will have an integral role in contributing to effective business operations, employee engagement, and the work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives
• Experience in financial services a strong plus
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS 365, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High level of competency in CRM systems
• Ability to apply good judgment and appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information and situations
