Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years managing staffing and projects in the public sector
• 3+ years in Sales and Business Development
• Leadership skills, including setting goals and leading strategy
• Tech Savvy and understanding of current recruitment trends
• Persistence and a 'never give up' attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
