Credentialing Specialist

Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and successful onboarding. Act as primary liaison between providers, internal teams, and healthcare facilities, with a focus on customer service and communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, compliance, or a related administrative role
• Proven experience in healthcare staffing, with a focus on credentialing for healthcare providers
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards, including JCAHO, TJC, and NCQA guidelines
• Familiarity with credentialing systems and experience using VMS platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
