Sales Operations Specialist

CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations department. The ideal candidate will bring the sales team's vision to life by optimizing processes, providing frontline support to sales reps, and driving data-driven insights that improve productivity and pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce including familiarity with: Object management and Layouts, Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting, Flows and automation, Integration with additional tools
• Hands-on experience with sales productivity tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe Sign
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement and operational excellence
