Bitsight is a cyber risk management leader seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales process excellence, scale adoption of sales tools, and enable GTM teams through structured programming and curriculum design.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, Looker, and/or Mindtickle preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
- Fluency in the Google Workspace (G Suite), with advanced skills in Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and adoption of sales tools at scale
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and other GTM teams
