Job Description
As a Payer Relations Account Executive, you will support a Payer Relations Director in managing a complex PBM relationship, developing strategies, and negotiating contracts. You will be the primary liaison for PBMs and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of PBM requests. Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset are required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of cumulative Pharmacy, PBM, Account Management, or similar healthcare experience in a client-facing role
- Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time
- Ability to lead internal and client calls, negotiate contracts, and engage internal departments and PBM resources to work on outstanding issues
