Ironclad Administrator

We are seeking an Ironclad Administrator to implement and manage the Ironclad contract repository, provide technical support, and oversee workflow configurations. The ideal candidate will have experience administering SaaS platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms
• Contract lifecycle management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Project management skills
• Familiarity with security protocols and user authentication
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in workflow design, process automation, and reporting within the Ironclad ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
