Job Description
Curriculum Associates is seeking a Customer Service Entry Specialist to provide high-quality customer service, process orders, and work collaboratively with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service best practices, standard warehouse and shipping processes, and proficiency in business systems like Rootstock, SalesForce, and Softeon.
Requirements
- Verify and audit Purchase Orders from customers
- Assist sales reps and customers on all aspects of support for order placement
- Enter print, digital, and on-line service orders
- Work with team members to enter large, complex, multiple location orders
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Accounting teams to collect information and complete processing of customer orders
- Identify issues and collaborate with multiple groups to bring issues to resolution
- Raise awareness to management of trends noticed, to drive process and policy improvement, or to resolve technical issues if necessary
