Job Description
The role involves leading a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and heavy equipment. The job requires reliable transportation, open availability for on-call work, and physical fitness to lift 50 lbs or more. The pay is $25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability, with guaranteed pay options during the snow season.
Requirements
- G2 license and clean driver's abstract required
- Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Open availability for on-call work
- Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Access to a mobile phone for communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
- Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more
