Job Description
As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.
Requirements
- G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required
- Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Open availability for on-call work
- Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
- Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more
