Job Description
Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals for its Tampa office, with a strong background in insurance defense litigation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Insurance defense background preferred
- Prior billing experience with contemporaneous time entry required
- Must be a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or Certified Paralegal (CP)
- Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing procedures
