Job Description
We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team at CSA Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for initiating the sales process, managing relationships with clients, and promoting CSA testing services.
Requirements
- Understand the business and initiate the sales process
- Manage the sales process by responding to client inquiries and visits
- Prioritize work assignments and follow-up responses to client inquiries and proposals
- Maintain accurate and complete client files
- Work closely with the Sales team to support and promote continued growth of new business
- Understand why HSE is important to self and the organization
- Demonstrate safe behavior and adherence to procedures
