Director of Family Services

Join Crystal Springs as our Director of Family Services and make a difference in the lives of children and families. We seek a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee our Family Services Department and provide vital services and support to those in need.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in case management or child welfare services.
• Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
