Director of Children's Residential Operations

The Director of Children’s Residential Operations is responsible for the daily operations and quality of care for the children’s residential program. This includes ensuring staff adherence to policies, maintaining quality, and implementing improvements. The role involves team leadership, budgeting, and fostering a positive team culture while upholding ethical standards. The position focuses on a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for children.

Requirements

• CPR, First Aid, MAP, and non-violent physical intervention certifications (Preferred, 4 months upon hire)
• Active driver’s license in state of residence and reliable transportation (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in Human Services (Preferred)
• Must have an active driver’s license in state of residence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
