Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
• Experience working with and supporting technology/software teams is desirable
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Strong attention to detail—accuracy in numbers, logistics, and communication
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
• Prioritizing conflicting needs and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in planning and executing team offsites or large-scale events
• Content creation and building clear, compelling decks, agendas, and executive communications
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.)
• Positive, can-do attitude and a growth mindset
