Job Description
Crunchtime is a global restaurant brand platform serving over 150,000 locations. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding them on technical best practices, and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams. The role focuses on enabling customers with value-driven solutions, from the discovery phase to product roadmap influence and ensuring consistent technical value.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of three Solutions Engineers
- Guide the SE team on technical best practices
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Act as a subject matter expert on the software solutions
- Manage pre-sales process improvements
