Inside Sales Support Representative

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative for its Cincinnati, Ohio location. The role involves answering customer inquiries over the phone and mail, qualifying leads, generating outbound calls, and tracking sales results. It's a customer-facing position that supports sales activities within the branch.

Requirements

• Answer incoming sales inquiry telephone calls.
• Provide information by phone, email, or mail.
• Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information.
• Make outbound telephone calls.
• Log, track and communicate sales call information.
• Follow-up on sales leads and record sales results.
• Participate in training activities.
• Work within various departments as needed.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license & good driving record.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, & physical.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States
